The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping 

We typically ship RTS orders the next business day, however; we are a small family-owned business and unexpected events occur that may cause a delay. In those rare events, shipping will be sent out on the 2nd business day.  Any custom, handmade orders will have a turnaround time of 7-14 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages If you do not receive your package but tracking shows it has been delivered it is the recipients responsibility to make claims on damaged or missing goods via USPS and file a lost package claim. 

Title in and risk of loss for all goods sold on the Website shall pass to you upon delivery of the goods to carrier F.O.B. the Company’s facility and/or warehouse.  All packages will be shipped with tracking information. All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping.  If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please call us at (682)260-2502 or email us at thepricklyladyco@gmail.com to report the damage, and we will assist you in placing a damage claim with carrier who made your delivery.  You are responsible for claiming replacement costs with the carrier.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
